The mission of 国际 学生 & 学者服务 is to create a welcoming environment for 国际 students & scholars by providing assistance with cultural adjustment, academic 和 professional growth, immigration services, 和 personal support. We support 国际 students 和 scholars who attend UNC as well as UNC Faculty that work with these populations.

Updated Insurance Information
In June of 2019, the UNC Board of Trustees passed new university policies regarding 国际 student insurance. All policies must meet the minimum requirements specified for 国际 students to be waived out of the university insurance. If students do not demonstrate comparable coverage, they will not be able to waive the insurance. This policy helps the university to remain compliant with federal regulations.
Complete the UNC 国际 学生 Insurance Waiver request in the 全球门户网站 each term with a copy of your proof of enrollment (with dates) 和 policy to be waived 来自UNC保险公司.
Airport Transportation
We recommend flying to Denver 国际 Airport (called DIA, locally, but which has an official designation as DEN), which is the nearest major airport 和 nearest 国际 airport. UNC is just about an hour 从印度. The primary shuttle between DIA 和 Greeley is 固定电话, a national company which offers several round trips per day between DIA 和 Greeley in wifi enabled vans, 和 the drop off point is about 2 miles/3.西南方向2公里处 博天堂官方校园. Greeley-Evans Transportation (or GET) has a bus (route 5) that stops at the nearby Greeley Mall 和 goes to UNC's 校园. 学生s ride free with their UNC ID.
There is bus service to Union Station with a changeover to rail or a second bus to 机场: 美国铁路公司, 和 of course ride sharing services like 超级 和 Lyft 是可用的. The Denver 国际 Airport has updated lists of transportation providers on their website.
